Artisanal Tailoring combines refined tailoring with handcrafted and decorative details. Core formalwear piecesโ€”including jackets, suits, coats, and H-line skirtsโ€”are presented through strong shoulders and relaxed silhouettes influenced by 1980s tailoring. These timeless wardrobe staples are elevated through intricate craftsmanship and artisanal finishing techniques, transforming them into pieces with greater perceived value and desirability.

The color palette remains grounded in classic neutrals, with gray, brown, white, navy, and camel serving as the dominant shades. Pastel pink and wine tones are introduced sparingly as accent colors, adding subtle warmth and sophistication without disrupting the overall refined aesthetic.

Coats are presented in relaxed, oversized proportions, either with broad shoulders balanced by a slimmer body or through generously oversized silhouettes throughout. Rather than emphasizing a masculine appearance, the styling incorporates belts, scarves, and gathered details to create a balance between structure and softness, allowing a more refined and feminine sensibility to emerge.

Instead of appearing overly polished, looks are intentionally styled with a slightly undone characterโ€”featuring loosened, stretched, or subtly worn elements that add personality and prevent the outfit from feeling too formal or predictable.

This direction draws inspiration from traditional menswear and reinterprets it through a feminine lens. Classic men's suiting is updated by introducing cropped proportions, rolled hems, and modified button placements, creating a modern womenswear perspective. Relaxed silhouettes remain central to the look.

The key to making these pieces feel contemporary lies in the styling. Pairing masculine garments with equally feminine elements creates a fresh sense of contrast. For example, a traditional men's shirt can be styled with an elegant skirt to create a more unexpected and sophisticated look. Tailored jackets are often combined with casual trousers, reworking formal pieces into outfits with a lighter and more approachable attitude.

Feminine blouses are presented with variations. Oversized ribbon details and lace are used as key elements. Pleats, as seen at Dior, can be incorporated, or the style can be proposed in jersey fabric for greater comfort. As seen at Chanel, styling the inner layer so that it is visible above the waistline is also a fresh approach to prevent the blouse from looking too ordinary. Colors remain restrained, while materials ranging from coat fabrics to satin create variations from casual to glamorous looks through texture and materiality.
