The bohemian trend is making a comeback, characterized by a sense of sustainability. It involves mixing items from different periods or combining clothes of family members or friends, as well as mixing various fabrics. Rather than aimlessly layering several pieces, it blends various design concepts seamlessly. The colors are generally subdued and worn-in rather than vibrant. The palette includes shades from beige and various tones of gray, which can be used in a gender-neutral manner, to pinks and purples.

Compared to tailored jackets, casual jumpers or cardigans apply colors and patterns more freely. Mixed patterns such as checks and vintage floral patterns are commonly used, and materials like knits, chinos, synthetic nylons, washed denim, and cotton shirts are combined for a diverse look, but everything remains familiar and comfortable to wear. The fabric is durable, so it can be worn for a long time without much issue, and new items can be effortlessly mixed in, aligning with sustainability concerns.

Even within the bohemian style, print patterns are actively used to give a fresh feel. Irregular patches or appliques are attached to knits, creating a new atmosphere, much like stickers. Prints that resemble sketches or rough drawings on old notebooks are also used, giving off a whimsical and charming vibe. Compared to fine art, these prints have the advantage of not being overly attention-grabbing, maintaining a casual yet cute aesthetic.
